Damaged Items

Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, size or product variation, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged: Customized products, Used merchandise, Products damaged by misuse, Clearance or promotional items.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review product descriptions, sizing information and product images carefully before placing an order.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless: The wrong item was delivered, The product arrived damaged, The issue was caused by our error.
Refund Processing
